Cost of Music Production in Nigeria
The cost of producing songs in the Nigerian music industry has never been funny. This may be as a result of how lucrative and competitive the Music Industry that we find ourselves is.
That been said, we are not going to stop producing songs in the studios. The most important thing is to look for a talented producer and work with him or her. As far as the production is worth the money, one may not need to worry.

But the question that i can hear many asking me now is: how can one choose the right producer? The answer is not far-fetched because every producer whether versatile or not has a genre of music he or she specialized in its production. So go for such producers that are highly specialized in what they do.
As you already have your style of music, look for artistes that are already in the game and check who produced such songs for them, that is how to begin with.
Cost of Production
If you have eventually made up a producers you wish to work with, but at the end of the day, you discovered that you are not liquidated enough to fund the music production, what you are supposed to do in such a case is to go through the list of selected producers and check who is affordable
Affordability in Music Production
What production here means to be affordable is not considering the producer offering the least price (cost). Of course you and I know that even if you spend $50,000 in the production stage alone, then advertise you song with $100,00 (for example) and that song turned out to be a mis instead of a hit to the hearing of end users (fans), that alone mean the rest of the approximately $150 spent on that music alone is a blatant waste.
But assuming you invented that $150 + in the production stage alone, and the producer happened to be an influential one that can help you (although to an extent) promote you songs, you would have been better of.
Production Affordable does not mean the cheapest, it means the fittest of all considered factors including cost. So go out there and get yourself a talented producer now.
